LAMAR’S EGG SCRAMBLE JAMBOREE
The first week in April, the Town of Lamar hosts the Egg Scramble Jamboree on Main Street.
Our little town gets all “dressed up” for the festivities with live entertainment, a parade, arts and crafts and so much traditional southern food to choose from, you won’t want to leave!

Saturday March, 25, 2023 – Taste of Lamar 4 PM $20 (Lamar Town Hall – Fire Bay)
Friday, March 31, 2023 – Judging of the Yard Decorating Contest!! *Get your yards ready!
Friday March 31, 2023 – Night Parade & Vendors on Railroad Ave.
Saturday April 1, 2023 – All Day Festival *We are now accepting applications – see below!

Mercantile213 in Lamar has designed the T-shirt for this year’s Jamboree. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lamar Egg Scramble Jamboree Committee.

Night Parade, Friday, March 31, 2023:
Line up at 7 p.m. at Lamar Baptist Church
Parade begins at 8 p.m.
No entry fee
Day Parade, Saturday, April 1, 2023:
Line up 10 a.m. at Lamar High School
Parade begins at 11 a.m.
No entry fee

*Deadline for vendor applications: March 17, 2023 11:59 p.m.
*$50 late fee will be added for registration after deadline.
All food vendor spaces are approximately 10′ x 30′
If you need more than the 30′ width, you will need to pay for a double spot.
Each spot receives 1 outlet. No additional outlets will be granted.
All vendors are required to set up by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 31st or on 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 1st.

Community Fun!! Back again this year is the Yard Decorating Contest!! Get your yards ready – judging takes place March 31, 2023.
TICKETS: $20 – SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 2023 @ LAMAR TOWN HALL FIRE BAY.
We kick off Saturday with the parade! Parade starts at 11 a.m. Line up at Lamar High School at 10 a.m.
Come down to the Gospel Stage from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Entertainment on the Main Stage from 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Vendors will be along Railroad Ave. all day until 8 p.m.
